A health and fitness blog for your average southern girl!
I decided to start this blog because I love fitness and healthy eating. I've always wanted to be a nutritionist or fitness instructor but my passion for art and photography/design seemed to out way that career path. I wanted to create a blog for the average girl (living in the south!). As much as I love reading and getting advice from fitness models' blogs, most things aren't realistic for my life. I have to continuously tell myself that these girls' jobs are to focus every moment on being fit. I work 40hrs a week, have a photography/design business on the side, and married to my college sweetheart (hoping for a family soon)! It is just not possible for me to work out 3 hours a day unless I got up at the crack of dawn (and did I mention I love to sleep?).
You can come here to find clean eating but yummy recipes, fitness inspiration, and all over motivation to live a healthy lifestyle! I also have recently began my first Whole30 Journey!
